It's been an ongoing frustration of mine that I had to manually select all of them when doing development. (Of course for production code I only select what I need, but for development I get everything with no compression and full comments). Ishtov, thanks for your comment:

Of course, this should be easily scriptable, and someday I hope to write a curl script to fetch the compressed file, but for now....
